A terrific week; peaceful and relaxing. The cottage has everything we wanted/needed and the location perfect. Great to have two pubs nearby. Looking forward to our return. Ian, Sally and Molly the dog, Kent.

We have had a lovely week. The cottage is really lovely, beautiful garden with lots of lovely birds. Nice to have comfy furniture and beds. Enjoyed our evenings at the New Inn, lovely food and drink. Really lovely quiet location and ideal for our favourite walks. Home from home. We love it. Thank you. Ann and Iain.

We have a wonderful time at Fellside and found it to be a wonderful cottage so much like home.   Our dogs settled in very quickly which made the holiday  better.  The neighbours were wonderful and very help full with ideas of where to walk.  I loved the photo album of you and your family: it gave us an insight to the area.   We would love to go back again if not this year then next. It’s the best place we have found which accommodates all our needs.  Karen and family.

Cosy, clean and comfortable. Could not have chosen a better holiday home. Would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends. John, Sue, Kent.

Lovely cottage -we especially liked sitting in the conservatory to relax after hard day’s walk. Both pubs in the village very good food and drink. John and Joyce, Norfolk.

What a delightful cottage. This is the cosiest cottage we have stayed in and was constantly warm. We have had great weather for February and were doing 12 mile walks every day, even our 8 year old son. We love the Grassington area very much. We will definitely return to this cottage. Matt, Tracey , Selby.

We really enjoyed our break in this lovely cottage, quiet comfortable great surroundings. Just the place for a family get together. Many thanks Linda and family.

Fellside Cottage will always be special to us as our son was married from here on 6 August 2011. It was lovely to see him off from our home from home. Lovely walks, lots of flora and fauna, red deer and curlews a highlight. Thank you. Judith and Roger Thomas.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. We were especially grateful that we could bring 3 dogs. It’s so tricky to find such accepting places – thank you. Lovely food at the Craven, Red Lion at Grassington and the Fountaine at Linton. Really enjoyed walking along the river, Trollers Gill the caves climbing Ingleborough, the Strid and Ingleton waterfalls. A brilliant week. Thank you. Liz, Dawn, Ethan, Pauline and Pat, Suffolk and Norfolk.

Second time and again had really good holiday in this lovely cottage. Last time we were here it snowed so it has been nice seeing hills in the sunshine. Really good walking and good pubs. Hope to be back next year. Steve and Gail Finney, Notts.

Lovely cottage in a charming village. They have thought of every little thing you might need. The village pubs are great. Surrounding area is fantastic. Many enjoyable although steep walks around the river. Really recommend walking the river from Barden bridge to Bolton Abbey. Also if you have children a must is Forbidden Corner – well worth the trip. Mark, Margaret, John, George Chloe and Wizard the dog.

This was our 6th visit to Fellside (first visit 1995) and as usual we have had a great time. We had lunch at the Craven with 19 members of the family and then back here for birthday cake for Grandad’s 80th. The weather has been brilliant and we were able to sit outside for the party. Congratulations on the changes since we last came. The kitchen is great. Dorren and Alan Green, Kent.

Second visit to Fellside so we were able to go straight to favourite spots – Trollers’ Ghyll, Bolton Abbey and numerous visits to Burnsall green for Ben (the dog) to play with his ball. Alan and Karen Buck.

A lovely stay in a fantastic location both pubs had great beer and a fantastic view. The kids loved the place and had a great time mucking around by the river. The Sweeneys- Bath, Hull and Chester.

We’ve had a fantastic week here with lovely weather and super walks. Our dog Molly has loved it here, especially snoring in front of the fine after a long walk! We will definitely recommend it to our friends! Emma, Matt and Molly.

Our first visit to the cottage but hopefully not our last! Cottage is warm and very comfortable and beautifully cared for. We felt very much at home. Certainly hope to come again. The Loweries, London.

Once again in Appletreewick our favourite place in the Dales, lovely river Wharfe, lovely riverside walks. Cottage is glorious, lovely wood fire, lovely homely feeling to the cottage. Good places to visit: Grassington, Pateley Bridge, lovely pie shop and chippie. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here will be back soon. Enjoyed every minute. Cottage is spotless. Thanks for having us. The Wilsons, Liverpool.

Our second visit to the Dales but our first to Appletreewick. Perfect cottage in a perfect location. Surprised ourselves by our ability to walk Trollers Ghyll, The Strid, Malham Cove, Brimham Rocks and all the way up Pendle Hill! Pie night at The New Inn- incredible. Great pub which always seemed full of locals- always a good sign. The Mages, Norfolk.

Lovely cosy cottage in a truly beautiful area. Loved the riverside walks, Burnsall, Grassington and all the fabulous views. Found Hebden suspension bridge which is worth a walk across if not a bit scary?! Had a lovely week, weather slightly mixed with one or two drizzly but on the whole very good with lots of sunshine. Lots of good food and lots of lovely walks, what more could you want?!! Jo & Richard Warrington and Peggy & Jim Warrington East Yorks.
